FAQ

  • Once you have made a direct bank transfer, keep a copy of your proof of transfer and show it to the front desk at our city center location (Puutarhakatu 12). You will either be issued a new member card or your existing member card will be updated with the suitable amount of training time.

  • The 290€ 6-month membership fee can be paid in two installments or 145€ each. If paying in two installments, the second is due 1 month after the first payment is made. If paying through direct bank transfer, show a receipt of the transfer at the front desk of our city centre location.

  • In the case of injury (either from training or otherwise) your membership can be deferred with an official medical certificate explaining the nature of the injury and the duration of time when you cannot exercise. Sick time will be credited to the next membership fee, ie. a month off training in the first half of the year will be deducted in price from the membership of the second term.

  • There are no refunds issued on membership fees. If you are a first-time trainee, you are welcome to come try out a class at no cost before committing to a basic course or bi-annual membership term.

  • Yes, you still need to pay for the full membership term. Membership lasts continuously from joining to leaving, therefore a full membership fee is paid for each period.

  • The membership lasts until the member resigns from the club (with written notice) or the member is found to have resigned, e.g. due to non-payment of the membership fee (has not paid the membership fee in January or July).

If the member has paid part of the half-yearly fee (€125), the member is declared a member and is obliged to pay the remaining part of the half-yearly fee (€125).
